LOST ARTICLE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL GUIDE

Koreans - If you request storage, it will be stored for only 3 months according to the hotel regulations and will be discarded after that.
Disposal request immediately processed (not received afterwards)
We will send it by C.D. when you request a package.

Foreigners - We notify you of the lost item via message on each site. EMS is not available for delivery and will be disposed of after one month unless there is a separate storage request, and it will be stored for only 3 months according to hotel regulations when requested for storage.

After you check out, our hotel will provide all items that come out during room maintenance
We are taking pictures and delivering them to the room department and contacting the registration card you filled out with information.

Disposal of food lost and found
- Distinguish whether it is a new product or a product that has been unwrapped and eaten at first sight.
- If the packaging is completely new, it will be treated as a lost item.
- Dispose of unwrapped and eaten products.
- Dispose of completely packaged food lost items after storing them for 3 days, including the date of discovery
(It depends on the food and can be discarded after storing it for a day.)

Regarding the roast that was arbitrarily discarded later, the hotel does not refund the full amount,
