Minors' Reservation Regulations

It is legally impossible for teenagers under the age of 19 to stay together, and cancellation/refund is not possible if the accommodation refuses to enter.
Cancellation/refund is not possible if you refuse to enter the accommodation for teenagers under the age of 19, so please check with the accommodation before making a reservation.

In the case of same-sex accommodation for minors under the age of 19, a consent form from the guardian must be submitted.
Press the button below and submit it at check-in with *minor accommodation agreement, copy of guardian ID, and family relationship certificate*.
(Please prepare the last two digits of your resident registration number on the relevant document.)
If you do not submit, you will be refused check-in on the same day and no refund will proceed.
